I am not ashamed to give you a 1 star review. The car has an issue and you are the one who told me it was the tires. It has nothing to do with how much tread is on them or if I like them or not. If there is a problem with them they should be taken care of, whether that is replacing one of them or all of them, and what if it isn't a tire, it could be something else that is causing the problem. Found a vehicle that I liked and was interested in purchasing. During the test drive there was a vibration and I could see the hood bouncing a little, they told me it was because of the winter tires on it. As we were working on the deal I ask if they were going to change the tires and I was told no that I would have to replace the tires and they could give me a quote for them. I just took my 2023 Jeep Gladiator in for the 3rd time since purchasing it new 8 months ago for another engine light on, no fault to the dealership. I only have 9500 miles on it & this time the codes were showing overcharging of the battery. Auto Park CDJR in Plymouth got it right in and performed several tests to get it figured & got it back to me in a timely matter! Everyone was courteous & great to work with. Melissa kept in contact with me throughout the 2 days & letting me know the progress!

The staff at the night of my unfortunate event was amazing. It was very late and I was able to get my truck towed to the dealership and have a loaner car available. The last staff waiting for me was a female and she had to drive to Elkhart home as the winter advisory was in full effect. She was great!

Our experience at Auto Park Ford and their staff was outstanding! We were interested in a vehicle that someone else would be looking at the next business day. Sandie let us know that if it sold, she’d do her best to find something similar for us - but it turns out the truck was meant for us and she let us know the other potential buyers passed on it. While waiting for paperwork to process during the sale, the entire staff were very personable.

I said I didn’t want to take a test drive unless we were going to be able to make a deal that met my budget. Ken started the car and insisted I drive it while they ran my credit, but didn’t even brush the snow off of it. The car wasn’t clean on the inside and felt like it was someone’s work car that never got washed.
Greg is super friendly, organized, and informed. This company is focused and busy, and fully staffed, even on Saturday! Greg is also a great communicator, and not pushy at all. He listens well, and focuses on customer needs, and does not sell to emotion, like many would. Would buy from him again!
